Case 044   vendor replacement  /  found in a booking report

The vendor booked 1%. The in-house setter reported 30%.

The outside vendor's outreach AI had worked through 600 people and booked one percent of them. Not one percent short of target. One percent, total, for money every month.

The response started the same night: design an internal DM setter instead of renting one. Prompts drafted overnight, edge problems listed honestly, a teammate assigned to close them out.

Nine days later the internal setter reported a 30% booking rate.

The two rates came from different weeks and different traffic, so this is not a controlled experiment. What it is: the vendor is gone, and the machine now belongs to the business.

A system you own can be opened, diagnosed, and fixed the day it misbehaves. A vendor at one percent can only be paid or fired.

This is the kind of thing I find and fix every week. Thirty minutes: you talk, I ask questions, and I tell you whether I think there is something here.
