Case 034   ai setter  /  found in the monthly count

The month the AI setters booked 211 appointments

Two AI setting lines ran side by side for a full month: 88 booked calls on one, 123 on the other. Two hundred eleven booked appointments, machine-sourced, in thirty days. Nine high-ticket sales landed that month, and five of them were attributed to the AI lines.

The same report refused to stop there. Seventeen of the 211 reached the sales-booked stage. The rest told the real story: disqualified, canceled, no-showed, or ignored the follow-up.

Two hundred eleven is a supply number. Five of nine sales is a revenue number. The gap between them was the next quarter of work.

Most operators would have published the big number and buried the funnel. Publishing both is what made the number useful: it said exactly where the machine was strong, and exactly where the qualification had to tighten.

Figures are the contemporaneous monthly operating report, written the week it happened.

Want to work with me?

This is the kind of thing I find and fix every week. Thirty minutes: you talk, I ask questions, and I tell you whether I think there is something here.

Book the audit call

If I think there is nothing, I say that, and we are done in fifteen.
